About Hotelzify

Hotelzify is a direct booking platform for hotels to help guest book directly with them with the help of our no code website builder, AI Marketing automation tool and AI Front Desk Sales Agent. The idea is to help hotels get more bookings at a lower cost than traditional platforms like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda which take 20% of the booking value. We raised 500K USD in April 23 and are currently profitable with over 300K USD left in the bank. Currently, over 12000 hotels in 7 countries use our technology with OYO, Club Mahindra, Fern Hotels and Sterling Resorts being some of our bigger clients.

About the Founders

Anirudh, CEO: Led product at Perpule which was acquired by Amazon in 2021. Avid traveller, backpacked across 9 states during 2021-22. Started Hotelzify after traveling across India and listening to property owners who wanted to digitize themselves and improve visibility. I lead all things except tech at Hotelzify.

Unni, CTO: Founding engineer at Yulu, leads all things tech at Hotelzify. Has worked across the board on the Hotelzify software with key focus currently on the AI Marketing Automation platform. Unni has over 8 years of experience in building things with over 6 years in early stage startups.

About the Role / what will you own

Cover the problem statement they will be owning, the craft they will build, the softer aspect of the role, who will they be collaborating with and the impact their role will have.

You will be directly responsible to reach out to leads who will be hotel owners or property management companies to understand their needs and provide them with some of our solutions (website builder, AI chatbot and AI Marketing automation suite). During this work, you will also have the opportunity to attend industry conferences where you will represent Hotelzify.

Your work will give you the opportunity to speak to people on a personal level as hospitality is all about building connections which many of the people being industry veterans with over 20 years of experience. The opportunity to interact with them is rather rare and only certain roles within the industry have the chance to learn what they know. Your role directly contributes to our topline (i.e. revenue) and is the most important function as we look to scale our profitable business to new geographies and clientele.
